1. What are the costs and deadlines for PICSim?
For PICSim 2009, Early Registration will run through November 16, 2008, and Regular Registration will take place on a rolling basis until the Conference reaches capacity. Early Registration includes a delegation fee of $60 per school, a reduced delegate fee of $105 per delegate, and priority in committee assignments. The delegation fee during Regular Registration remains at $60 per school; however, the individual delegate fee is $120 per delegate. Transportation to and from the Conference is the responsibility of each delegation. Other costs for the Conference include rooms (see Travel and Lodging) and meals (see Miscellaneous).
2. Are there any advantages to registering online?
PICSim offers you the possibility of registering on our website, making your life much easier! You can be registered immediately for the Conference and not have to wait for that check to be cut to start receiving information on the Conference! Remember, however, that for hotel and committee assignments you will only be considered fully registered after we have received your full payment.
3. Who and where should I address payments to?
All PICSim payments should be issued to the Princeton International Relations Council (please do NOT write PICSim!) and mailed to:
PICSim, One Whig Hall, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ 08544. Please make sure to write your school’s name in the memo line.
4. Can I get an invoice for the Conference fees?
Of course! If you do not have one and need one, let us know via e-mail, and we will send one to you ASAP.
5. If I have any questions, whom should I address them to?
All PICSim 2009 related questions should be directed to our Chargé d’Affaires, Lauren Alliegro at alliegro@princeton.edu.
